When you call our "Help Desk" a knowledgable technician will assist you with any problem you may have encountered while using your POS system. 60-days of unlimited telephone support is complimentary with your purchase, after which you can opt to purchase an annual support contract (call for details)

6.ON-SITE SERVICE

And in those cases where more than telephone support is required or a technician needs to visit to repair or maintain a piece of hardware, RBMS offers a comprehensive on-site service contract, including use of loaner units and guaranteed repsonse time.
